Jarvia is a registered Osteopath and Diagnostic Radiographer.

She is a recognised specialist with most major insurance companies.
Her career as a diagnostic radiographer has afforded her vast experience working within both NHS and private medicine. As a diagnostic radiographer she has worked extensively in: Neuro Orthopaedic and Orthopaedic Surgery as well as Accident&Emergency Medicine and Outpatients. She has first hand experience of current UK diagnostic and surgical practice, procedures and protocols. She practices as a Diagnostic Radiographer at the London Bridge Hospital.
Jarvia is committed to Evidence Based Practice and belongs to a group of osteopaths supervised by Professor Lederman who review emerging/current research and how best to apply this within a therapeutic setting.
She graduated with Distinction from the British School of Osteopathy, the renowned international leading institute for osteopathic education and research. Her 2 year (undergraduate) research explored the osteopathic treatment and management of Pregnancy Related Pelvic Pain (PRPP) compared with standard care within the UK.
Her skills in peri-natal care of expectant and new mothers developed further with a Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetric Osteopathy.
Jarvia's interest in Acupuncture developed from her desire to provide additional pain management therapy for her patients. She trained with the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
Jarvia’s interest and training in NMR developed following her Postgraduate Diploma in Proprioceptive Medicine.
