Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a form of drug-free non-invasive manual medicine that treats and strengthens the musculoskeletal framework, which includes the joints, muscles and spine. Osteopathy is used to treat a number of conditions including back pain, arthritis and sciatica.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is used to treat conditions such as back pain, joint pain and muscle injury as well as a number of other conditions. Research suggests that acupuncture functions to relieve pain, decrease muscle tightness, and increase joint flexibility.
Xrays, MRI and CT Scans
As a qualified Diagnostic Radiographer, Jarvia is able to refer patients for examinations involving ionising radiation - such as X-ray or CT scans - as well as referring for MRI scans. Jarvia has first hand experience of current UK imaging and surgical practice and protocols.
